Reid Varner My knees started hurting, so I tried adjusting my running kick. I find that if I kick forward instead of swing forward, my knees last a lot longer.2010-05-26 00:28:11 UTC

Scott Crespi You both must realize that you are officially "old ppl" now and need to mix up the cardio with running + ? or you'll be in a wheel chair soon, haha. P.S. food poisoning is a great weight loss technique. down to 205 now....2010-05-26 14:48:35 UTC

Reid Varner I keep reading about the causes of runner's knee. It has to do with your kneecap moving and grinding. Strengthening your middle quad muscles will keep your kneecap in place and will eliminate the pain. That's why kicking worked--it engaged my quads thus realigning my kneecap.2010-05-27 13:25:01 UTC

Christopher St. John day of the month (so i don't double-post or miss a day). i don't always get around to posting my runs right away, wish there was a way i could stick a date on them. (if it turns out there is, i'm going to feel silly :-)2010-05-27 02:59:34 UTC

Blake Burris I hear you about the need to date running entries. An "add date" link could expose a calendar.2010-05-28 17:59:54 UTC
