I'm going for 1000 crunches/sit-ups in June. Who's with me?

I find the best approach is to do them on a workout ball (like in the picture).

To effectively work all parts of the abs, position yourself accordingly over the ball. Focus on the muscles you want to engage, rise, hold it and flex it (pinching feeling), and come down.
